4. Backfist/ridgehand/jab

C.) Demonstrate the following techniques.

Punches

Blocks

1. 1. Dropping

Kicks.

1. Drag leg Round
2. Drag leg Side
3. Skip Front
4. Skip side
5. Spin hook

D.) Demonstrate 15 Sanbon kumite techniques.

E.) Demonstrate the following kata, and give the translation.

1. Heian Godan (Peaceful Mind #5)
2. Jion (Temple Sound)

F.) Demonstrate techniques and power by breaking 3 one inch boards.
